By the way, PublishAmerica is a “publish on demand” publisher meaning they don’t actually print the book until an order is placed, so please don’t be discouraged by the fact that it cost a couple of bucks more than similarly printed books. It simply cost more to produce. However, I can’t emphasis enough that it’s a great read and worth the effort, and again, think of the good karma….
