I have one that you can ride as a demo to make sure you love it before buying a brand new one. This is so much better than the ridiculously-expensive Segway or an electric bike!

It has a 500 Watt Motor with a convenient, easy to remove battery pack. It even has a reverse switch! On one battery charge, this scooter can go as far as 15-20 miles. Just stand on it and take off for the day! On slow mode, the scooter goes up to 7 mph. On fast mode, the scooter goes up to 15 mph. 250+lb. capacity.

There is a horn, a key, an LED front light, a basket, a built-in cup holder, and a helmet included. Since there are three wheels, balancing is not an issue. It can also easily be disassembled for easy transport or storage.

The man/woman is doing a service... not everyone knows when bikes are POS and people who don't know better will overpay and will feel compelled to jack up the price when they find out the thing is a POS, thus completing the great circle of re-Craigslisted crap. Frankly, most everything on the Raleigh Craigslist is a total ripoff. People need to deal with the fact that they bought a crap bike and sell it at a fair price. I visited the SF bay for a trip and went on craigslist out of curiosity... I ended up coming home with a nice quill stem, some TTT handlebars, and look pedals for $15. The guy priced the stuff at what it was worth to him, rather than what he thought he could rip someone off for. The stuff was "old" and he managed to make it through an entire post without using the word "vintage" once.

Please, if your bike is "old" don't call it "vintage." If the frame and drivetrain are rusted from parking your bike outside all winter, don't say "just needs a lube job and it should be good to go" - it's ok to admit you know nothing about bikes. If you're selling a bike for 10% off retail just because you decided you didn't like it after 10 miles, don't call it a "steal." If the bike is a Huffy, don't use the phrase "it's a Huffy, so you know it's good." By convincing new riders that they're getting a deal when you're intentionally ripping them off, you're hurting craigslist and cycling. If you want to sell bikes for profit, start a bike shop.

I know this bike frame, as I used to own it. The frame is "cracked". Where the head tube is bonded to the down tube, the glue was starting to seperate, and the joint has expanded a bit. Before I threw out the frame, I bent the rear dropouts together, and tossed it in a dumpster at my old apartment complex, off of Falls River Ave, in North Raleigh. The frame is bent beyond repair. Buyer beware, this frame is cracked, and not worth ANYTHING! It also appears to have been burned or something, as the paint was in great shape when I tossed it!

BTW, the paint on these old bonded trek frames was some sort of epoxy paint. It was considered to be structural, so it definitely should not be ridden, even if you could bend it back into shape!!!

This is a 20" Iron Horse Delinquient bmx bike I bought a few years ago. I took off the decals for a cleaner look and it's got a new set of tires along with a rear wheel, sprocket, and tube all in august, which totaled to $85 in new parts. I got a mountain bike and don't really need or use this one anymore. The brakes are good, actually stops the bike unlike the walmart bmx bikes that keep going. It's been used as a bike and used at a skatepark so it'll have scratches and little dents, but overall it's a strong and sturdy bike. The ones at walmart aren't near as good as this one is. This was a $300 bike and I'm in no rush to sell it, so I can be patient until the right person with the money comes along. Price is non-negotiable. Period. Any attempt to negotiate price will be deleted.

This is a very nice 1972 Schwinn Breeze ladies road touring bicycle, that is in good operating condition. It is all original , and is a 3 speed bicyle with a Sturmey Archer internal hub transmission, that allows seamless and crisp gear ratio changes. It is equipped with 26 x 1 3/8 inch tires, that are mounted to Schwinn tubular rims. There are some minor chips in the finish, although over-all, the finish and the lettering are in better than average condition considering this bike is almost 40 years old. You're sure to be noticed riding around on this beautiful campus green, vintage, classic Schwinn. And you can't beat the smooth comfortable ride of these bikes.

These are a pair of used 700c fixed gear wheels. The rear comes with a flip-flop hub running a 18 tooth fixed cog and a rusted 16 tooth freewheel. Both are black with braking surfaces should you want to run brakes. They are nothing special and I have used them for about a year with no problems, I'm just selling them because I upgraded my current wheels. I'll throw in free tubes and some slightly worn tires if you want.
