This is an incredibly fast and solid road bike, with a stout frame that is designed to handle riding in an urban setting. If you are close, I can bring the bike to you.

After much effort and debate, I have had to come to the reluctant realization that I am just not going to be able to make this bike fit me, love it as much as I do.

It's an amazing bike - carbon fiber frame, shimano 105 all around and really cool color scheme :) If it has 200 miles on it I'd be surprised. I bought it from the original owner, who shamefully barely rode it. It's gorgeous - you can't see it in the picture, but it's black carbon fiber with a very glossy, nearly perfect finish.

It's a 60 cm which roughly translates to a 6' tall person. I'm just sortof short on top, so it's the length that is the problem for me, not the height.

If you ride this bike, you will understand the carbon fiber thing....

The pedals and seat that are on it in the pic do not come with, but I have toe-clip pedals and a reasonable seat that will if you want them. The bike bag of course is mine.

I posted earlier on Craigslist just the racks but didn't realize that I can't reuse any Yakima accessories on my new car because it comes with Thule racks. So here's my complete Yakima system that allows you to carry two bikes. You can purchase more accessories for skies, canoe, cargo, etc. from any Yakima dealer and they will fit this setup. It's in very good condition with no rust, stressed or broken parts. It's incredibly strong and can carry up to 165 lbs. of gear.

Here's a list of all parts that I'm selling:

Q Towers
Crossbars (they have been shortened to an average 42" to fit compact to mid size cars)
Q Clips (two pairs of Q20 and one pair of Q62)
Wind fairing
Two SteelHead fork mounts
Two wheel forks
Six lock cores with two keys and one blank

Depending on your car you may need to purchase the Q clips. Just consult Yakima.com for fitment guide. You can purchase these clips at any local Yakima dealers. I had this setup on a 2004 Nissan Sentra and prior to that it was on a 1994 Nissan Maxima. So if you own any above cars then you won't need to buy clips.

I will not sell these separately.

If you go to REI or any local Yakima dealer you will pay over $750 for the same setup. First $300 takes it. Located in Cary.

Hello fellow riders.

I live in Morrisville and I teacher at a catholic middle school here in Raleigh. I have been interested in purchasing a road bike for some time and I am waiting for the right deal to come along. I have NEVER road on a road bike before but I have done my fair share of mtn biking. I have no clue what type of bike to buy, but I do know I can't afford one of those $1,000 bikes! I am looking for a modern bike that will not get laughed at but at the same time does the trick when I go out riding.

If you know where I can find a road bike for the $200-300 range, or if you want to donate to a poor school teacher, I'd love to hear from you.

I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and weight 180lbs..I have no clue what size bike I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have probably offended some of you by trying to get a cheap/free bike, but I really want to join the cycling scene here in Raleigh and my school pays me terribly!! haha

2007 Blue RC4 frame, fork, and headset (Chapel Hill) $300

This is a 2007 Blue RC4 road frame and fork. It comes with a carbon fork with carbon steer tube, headset, and the frame has carbon seat and chain stays wtih a carbon seat tube aswell. The rest of the frame is aluminum. It has a quarter size chip in the clear coat and paint on the seat stay near the bottle cage but it is purly cosmetic and the bike rides like a dream. The only reason i am selling it because cross season is approaching and i don't need a road bike for the winter.
