Internet marketing oriented technology startup is looking for a sales and marketing oriented executive to join forces with our technical team to help build the company. We launched earlier this year and are shoe stringing the company trying to grow organically, but recognize the need for a driven and energetic business professional to drive the company forward.

What do we have currently? Our initial technology product is complete and we have the ability to do search marketing service as well to help build revenues. Currently we have a team of 5 who are working on sweat equity. We also have a group of freelancers who can help us with certain projects as needed. We have a few early clients, including a pilot with a major Fortune 100 company that could turn into a large long term deal.

We need someone who is willing and able to join the team and build our client base through sales and marketing efforts without a war chest to do it. Our technology and market could lend itself to raising venture capital or certainly angel funding and someone with that experience is ideal, although if we can grow organically without outside funding that is always preferred.

We’re essentially looking for a executive partner in the business who is willing and able to come on board for an equity position and can build the company through sales and marketing efforts on a shoe string budget. There’s no initial salary, that will be up to the company to produce as we grow or raise outside capital.

Our ideal is someone who has built a technology oriented product before and run through a successful exit. Knowledge of the search marketing world is certainly a plus.
