Our facility in Durham is in need of an experienced LEAD QUALITY INSPECTOR. This person is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming products, coordinating dispositions of products and tracking deliver invoices.
Individual must have experience coordinating and performing first article inspections(FAI's) on incoming products, initiate discrepancy records for non-conforming products, maintain accurate inspections and discrepency records in accordance with GDP's.
REQUIREMENTS:
- AS Degree Preferred
- 3+ Years of Lead Quality Experience In Shipping/Receiving
- Measuring Tools Exp(e.g. Calipers, Micrometers, Gauge Pins and More)
- Blueprints/Schematics/ASME Y15.4
- Solid Fundamentals In Statistics/Geometry/Trigonometry
- Computer Skills(e.g. MS Word/Outlook/Excel)
- FDA/cGMP Experience Is a Plus
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Medical Device Experience
- CQTCertified Quality Technician
- CMI Certified Mechanical Inspector
