You want to set up some kind of outdoor event, you know generally what your program is and you know the site you have to work with. But how should everything be arranged on the site so that the space is organized and functions well? What are the requirements for pedestrians and vehicular circulation? How can you optimize the experience for guests so that there is a level of comfort and clarity of organization? What about site utilities? Things like electrical service and waste disposal? Where should that be located? What if we incorporated art or sculptural elements? How can we 'tell a story' with the site? Or maybe create a 'Sense of Arrival'. Perhaps there could be a recurring theme or repetitive element that relates to the 'brand' of the event. Where should you put signage and help get people where they need to go?
I can help you create a organized vision. In a site plan that serves as a guide. In order to get from point A to point B, you need to know how to get there.
Regardless of the size or scope of the project. From a small gathering to a large festival.
Let me take a look at the project and hear what your ideas are. There's no fee to meet with you and give you a proposal.
Looking forward to seeing what you have going on.
Thanks!
