Sheraton Hotel currently has an opening for a Banquet Captain. The position requires at least one year of Banquet Captain experience. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. The Banquet Captain is responsible for set up/breakdown of Banquet Rooms to include setting up tables, chairs, any additional requirements specified on the banquet order form to include supervising Banquet Setup, Banquet Houseperson, Banquet Bartenders, and Banquet Servers. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
