I am a single mother with a 7 year old son in need of house. I am also a Full time student at Wake Tech. I can only afford at the most 500 per month. My security deposit will be paid by the department of social service due to my current housing but the rent will be paid every month by me. Due to mistakes made in the past I don't have good credit but I don't have a rental reference from my former landlord that I rented from for 2 years. Please help out this single mother. I will also consider a roommate arraignment as long as it is with another female. Also I would like to get a small pet for my child in the future.
