I'm looking for a detached rental house in a Quiet setting. The house would have at least 2 bedrooms. No squeaky, bouncy floors. Nothing so old that the energy bills are too high. A clean house. I am an artist who likes to be able to concentrate without noise distractions. I've been living/working in Raleigh, but, if need be, I'm willing to move outside the city to a country environment. I just don't want loud neighbors or barking dogs nearby. And I already have furniture. Is this a possibility? I like dishwashers, but that's not a deal-breaker.
