I want to rent/ lease a townhouse or house in the area. I began working for Rex Healthcare in August and I've been commuting from Fayetteville. Needless to say, I can't take the commute anymore. Truthfully, I can't afford a high deposit because I would be buying furniture but I can afford rent up to 1200. I don't have any children, pets, and I'm a non smoker. This would be my first time renting on my own, I only say that because I know some people are hesitant about first time renters and I'd like to let you know now. Please if you have a plce and you're willing to work with me on a deposit please let me know.
