I am a retired social worker, a gay male, single, quiet, and respectful kind of a guy who has never done drugs and not a drinker. What I am seeking to find is a similar kind of a guy who either has, or is looking for a house or garden apartment to share with another male. I am not interested in anything with 3 or 4 room mates, and not interested in a single room.
Since I have SS and a pension, there is no problem with rent. I am looking for something under $500 in the above areas. Since I have several pieces of quality furniture, the place should be able to accomodate the following. 2 wing back chairs, coffee and end table, large cherry curio, round drop leaf kitchen table with 4 chairs, kitchen hutch, desk, full sized bed and book cases. If you have a basement that would provide storage area, that would be a big plus.
I don't care if you are gay, bi, straight, or have a thing for inflaitable sheep, just be a decent good person with a sense of humor who isn't a drunk, and doesn't use drugs.. Smoker is OK ( I smoke, but have no problem smoking outside) I also come with my dog Dexter (we are both housebroken) He is a beagle ? something mix, and I am English/Scotish.
