I am looking for a small house to rent starting in mid January. Preferably a 2BR with washer/dryer included if possible. I am pretty flexible with location if it has easy acess to I440 . I am a professional woman in my 30s with no children and no pets. I do require a peaceful, quiet environment. I am very quiet and private person, and would treat your property with the utmost respect. If you will have something available in the mid January to early Feburary time frame, please email me with pics of the home including pictures of (master bedroom& bath, kicthen, living & dinningroom)as well as the pertinent lease information (ie, length of lease, rent amount, deposit, etc.), and I will get back with you as soon as possible. PLEASE, PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES! Due to the volume of responses, it's just much easier and much more efficient to not have to drive around to view all of the homes. Having pictures up front really helps to narrow it down, and then I'll schedule times to view my top few selections in person. Thanks for your time!
