Hello!
I have worked for the last nearly 3 years as a full time, live-out nanny for a local Raleigh family. I began caring for their son when he was 2 months old, and his mom just had twins in July. I have had the privilege of caring for all three children. Over the last nearly 3 years their son and I have had a great time playing games, reviewing preschool basics like shapes, colors, and numbers, and attending playdates for socialization. We also take regular trips to the rhyme time at the library, museums, Monkey Joe’s, and local parks. The twins are still working on eating and sleeping, with lots of floortime playing, music, and finger puppets.
Unfortunately, one of my employers was laid off, and she has decided to stay at home for now. While I still put a few hours in with them, I have been looking for the right family for several months. I have plenty of experience in childcare and am recertified recently in CPR/First Aid for Adults, Infants, and Children. I have an AA in General Studies, professional background in piano and singing, and am currently about 1 year from my BS in Psychology, where I have been studying about childhood development, disorders, and treatment. I welcome a background check and have letters of recommendation and references for review. Please feel free to call or email me. I am looking for a full-time, long-term position. Your child(ren) will be in great hands.
Thank you for reading my post!
