Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing and sending out marketing and promotional materials
Conducting market research
Writing and researching newsletters
Customer communications
Some general administrative assistant-type activities
Some travel may be required
Other potential responsibilities, based upon qualifications:
Website development and maintenance
PR campaign development
Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including and especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicants should also have familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs. (PC platforms.)
Must be a good writer, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
People skills a must.
Experience:
1+ years marketing, PR, or business-related experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, PR, or business-related field
Hours:
Starting at roughly 20 hours a week, with the (very good) potential to move to full-time.
