Marketing Specialist
Summary
As a Marketing Specialist for Medfusion, you will be responsible for helping to execute all aspects of the marketing plan for the company. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and will be required to take ownership of several aspects of marketing, including but not limited to trade shows, collateral production, advertising, case study creation, and direct marketing programs.
Responsibilities
• Manage the logistics for the trade show schedule. This includes securing booth space, targeting speaking opportunities, scheduling and coordinating resources, and managing the overall calendar to capitalize on the most presence with the least cost.
• Manage the production of a wide variety of collateral and materials such as data sheets, case studies, direct email/mailers, advertising (online and print), customer marketing materials, and booth graphics.
• Work with our advertising partners to ensure all print and online materials are created and delivered on time, managing the review processes, and tracking success of individual programs.
• Work with the VP of Marketing and the sales team to create a case study/reference program plan and execute. This includes conducting customer interviews, managing the review and sign-off process, and production.
• Manage the execution of the direct marketing programs for both direct and partner sales. This includes coordinating the programs (mailers, emails, webinars, etc), ensuring communication, managing the program (or event in the case of webinars), and directing follow-up (ensuring the lead process is followed).
• Overall support of the marketing organization in a flexible and capable manner.
Requirements
• At least three years in a marketing role within a technology company. Proficiencies in MAC and PC platforms using QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
Education
• Four year Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts preferred.
