Marketing Specialist
Summary
As a Marketing Specialist for Medfusion, you will be responsible for helping to execute all aspects of the marketing plan for the company. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Managers on projects including but not limited to trade shows, collateral production, advertising, case study creation, public relations and direct marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Manager to assist on the Medfusion trade show and event strategy. Manage the logistics including securing booth space and tactical management of the shipping, coordinating of resources, etc.
Manage collateral production and updates for data sheets, case studies, handouts, etc.
Graphic design (or management of design) and production management of a wide variety of marketing materials such as eblast campaigns, direct email/mailers, advertising (online and print), customer marketing materials, and booth graphics.
Work with our advertising partners to ensure all print and online materials are created and delivered on time, managing the review processes, and tracking success of individual programs.
Manage the execution of the direct marketing programs for both direct and partner sales. This includes coordinating the programs (mailers, emails, webinars, etc), ensuring communication, managing the program (or event in the case of webinars), and directing follow-up (ensuring the lead process is followed).
Ongoing public relations research for editiorial opportunities, healthcare journalists and bloggers, and to identify where Medfusion has the greatest/least marketing penetration so that we can garner visibility in those areas.
Manage monthly KLAS request project ,including follow up
Research client utilization monthly to identify clients for public relations and case study purposes and work with marketing managers on execution.
Overall support of the marketing organization in a flexible and capable manner.
Be responsible for several critical sales tools including demo tools.
Help project manage/coordinate across the marketing department.
Requirements
At least three years in a marketing role within a technology company. Proficiencies in MAC and PC platforms using QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, and SalesForce. Some knowledge of HTML
Graphical design expertise a plus.
Education
Four year Bachelors degree in marketing or arts preferred.
