I am a young, self-employed professional looking for a male roommate to share a 3br, 2ba house in the Southpoint area of Durham. The rent is $375 plus half the utilities. The house is convenient to both UNC and Duke and very close to I-40 and RTP. I have an optional extra bed and chest of drawers available at no charge should you so choose.
