I'm a 24 year old SWM looking for one roommate, out of the college phase, that is low key during the week but knows how to have a good time and is sociable. Looking for one roommate to move into two story house in North Raleigh location. The rent is $800/mo with all utilities included for bathroom and bedroom (13 X 12) as well as use of the rest of the 2500 square foot house, and plenty of parking in the private driveway.
