I'm not much of a chef, (although I have everything I�d ever need). Even though it�s a safe neighborhood, I went ahead and got a security system. The house also has cable/DVR, flat screen, and wireless internet.

A little about me: I am 26, pretty busy with an 8-5 job and I also work a part-time gig some nights and weekends for fun. I also play on a club team a couple nights per week. There is a 2 car garage and nice back deck for cookouts. The use of fitness center, golf course, and 2 swimming pools are included in your rent. Utilities are not included, but usually make your rent around $400 a month total (electric, water/trash, cable/wireless internet).

The current roommates are young professionals who enjoy having a good time on the weekends. They are responsible and would like to find someone who is laid back and fun, but will pay their bills on time. Pets are negotiable. There is one dog living here. Smoking is ok outside.

1 Bedroom 1 Bath (Durham/South Point) $320

Myself and two other people live very comfortably in a two bedroom two bath apartment at South Terrace at Auburn, which is located about 2 miles from Southpoint Mall and close to all shopping areas. So.... I'm guessing the first question your asking yourself is "why are you looking for another roommate if you already have that many people living in a two bedroom apartment?" Well the answer is that we have a sunroom, which one of my roommates lives in, and I share the master bedroom with the other roommate. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with the roomate that lives in the sunroom. The room is a decent size room for one person. It has one window that is on the side of the building(good if you dont like the sun shining in your face in the morning), a ceiling fan, 2 seperate doors for the closet, and also the bathroom is right next door. Our apartment already has livingroom furiniture, dining room, kithcen appliance, and a washer and dryer. You would only be in sharge of gettingt things for your room. Rent would be $320 plus utilities. Utilities include water- about 40$ cable-65$ internet (if you have a computer)-20$ electicity-about 75$ all these amounts are split four ways between all roomates. Our lease is up in April. We would likeyou to sign some sort of agreement stating you will be here until April. We may renew in April if everyone agrees. The apartment complex is gated, has a swimming pool, pool room, gym, and an area for dogs. The complex is right off 55 and I40. This is a great area and we have loved it the 2 years we have lived here. It is very convenient to the mall, NCCU, Durham Tech, and many other shopping centers. The Tobacco Trail is very close as well. Which I myself run on so that is nice and close by. Piney Woods Park is just a block down the road which is nice if you have a dog(big dog park) and they have of course fields. So the area has a lot to offer. Everything is right next door and not difficult to get anywhere. The three of us get along well. We each respect eachothers belongings and are pretty chill people. We have 3 very different lifestyles. Some of us like to drink, stay active outdoors, into art, football, going out, and just random adventures. We have a cat and a dog. If youre a smoker that is fine, we would just ask you go outside on the patio to smoke.
