I just relocated to the area and am looking to rent a one bedroom apartment or studio ASAP or by Dec.1 until March/April 2010 with the possibility to extend. I'm willing to pay $400-$600/month. I would be willing to pay a chunk of the lease off upfront in exchange for a short-term lease. I am also willing to take over an existing lease. I am pet-free and don't smoke, good credit and rental history. Ideally I would like some hardwood floors and a lot of light. My preferred neighborhoods are around Cameron Village. Boylan Heights, NCSU/Meredith area, or by Lake Johnson. I am not considering living with roommates or outside of Raleigh. If you have what I'm looking for, please contact me.
