I would like to swap my condo on the ocean in South Yarmouth, MA for a place in Cary, Fuguay Varina, Holly Springs or Chapel Hill NC. I have a studio condo on the ocean that is seasonal and open from May - Oct. It's a great location for families. I want to swap my place for yours in around the areas listed above. I have a daughter that is expecting my first grandchild in December and I would like to go visit with her and be close by. I want to go help her during the day at her place but have my own place at night so I am not at her place 24/7 which also gives her and her hubby privacy. I am looking to go down anytime soon. I would love it if I could give someone 2 weeks in August prime time at my condo and stay at your place for about the same.
I have attached photo's of my place in South Yarmouth, MA on cape cod, it's on a private beach, restaurant across the street with great food and beautiful views of ocean. Sit and drink coffee, tea or wine and watch the boats go by. My condo sits on a private beach in South Yarmouth and is on the warm Nantucket water side of the cape. Lots of fun things to do in the area and great fishing on the Bass River close by and right on the jetties out front.
