I'm a female graduate student at Duke looking to rent a fully furnished one bedroom apartment from January to the end of May, 2010. I am not a smoker and do not have pets and can provide references upon request. I do not want to rent a house or a section of a house - I'm looking for a condo or an apartment. I do not want roommates and prefer a location that is safe & close to the Duke campus. If interested, please send me an email with 1) name of the apartment complex 2) rent, including utilities and 3) possible move-in date.
