I am a mature adult male looking for someone who needs house-sitting services (sabbatical, leave of absence, overseas assignment. long business trips out of town, etc.). I've owned my own home(s) for over 20 years and have kept them in impeccable condition. This would provide your property with safety, maintenance, cleaning and someone to contact to check up on things. I could take care of any pets that you might have, as well. I would be willing to pay modest rent if that is a requirement. I've tried the condo route with room mates and it's simply too loud and too crowded. I'm a researcher at Duke with excellent job security and a sparkling credit rating.
