My fiance and I are having to move on very short notice due to the condo we have been renting being put up for sale with little notice from the landlord.. We need something almost immediately (by the end of November, preferably sooner.) We are looking for an apartment, house, trailer, etc (basically anything, lol) to rent or sublease for about a year or so (can be as little as 6 months if sublet.) We prefer 2 bedrooms but because of our dire situation, we would be willing to take a 1 bedroom if it was what we were looking for in other aspects. We prefer to stay in the $500-$600 price range and probably the highest we could go would be $650 a month (this short notice selling of our dwelling place came right in the middle of wedding planning so, we are on a tighter budget until that is over.) Also, we were required to still pay for November's rent to our landlord, therefore leniency on any type of security deposit would be preferred (meaning either a low deposit, or maybe letting us pay the deposit a few weeks after we move in, or, better yet, not making us pay a security deposit, lol!) Honestly, it irks me when security deposits are required by corporate apartments in a subletting situation because the original leaseholder already paid a security deposit and technically it is the same lease that we would be on... but anyway, I'm getting off track here.

We prefer the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area but would be okay with Durham, Hillsborough, Raleigh, Cary, etc. Willing to work with us on not so amazing (but not horrible!) credit would be necessary (medical bills when you don't have insurance can be quite a bummer.)

We are a very quiet couple. We do not 'party'. Our typical Friday night consists of Chili's to go and watching The O.C. on dvd. We do smoke cigarettes but ALWAYS outside. My fiance climbs and repairs cell phone towers (ya, those 700 ft. steel poles you see everywhere) and I am in the pet care industry and I also do some retail part time. My fiance, Brian, is 35 years OLD and I am 22. ;)

Anyway, I think I have pretty much covered everything... and then some totally unnecessary things :)

Please contact me ASAP if you think you've got something for us :)
