Looking to rent/ lease or sublease a townhouse in the area. I'm employed at Rex Hospital, began in August, and I've been commuting from Fayetteville. I earn a salaried $4200 a month and I'm looking to rent up to $1200. This would be my first time renting on my own and I can't afford a high deposit as i would be buying furniture. Please let me know if you have anything available and are willing to work with me on a deposit. I'm single, no pets or children and I'm a non smoker.
