$100 A Tent In Your Backyard! (Durham) (Downtown Durham)

I first want to specify that I'm looking for a space to place a tent in the downtown Durham area.
Thank you to all from farther out with the offers. Will follow up if I end up expanding my search area.
If this ad is still up, it's valid.

Number of Persons:
1

Duration:
1 month.

Beginning:
Last week of August or 1st week of September

The Spot:
Your backyard, porch, deck, city rooftop, outside balcony, unused treehouse, steel shed, car-port.
Any of these will do just fine.
Seeking a space that is just out of the way for privacy, clean, and well-ventilated (no dumpster/trash areas, dog runs, damp areas near drains/septic etc).
Shading is a plus. I will be out during most of the day, but return to nap.
The provider must see ahead of time that it's ok to tent on the property for the length of stay.

Currency:
$100 in exchange for a room you don't even have! That's you making something off of nothing. I bring my own room (a tent).
Open to some classic work-trade and barter. Dog walking, help with house, maintenance, eyes on the property, etc. Let me know what you have in mind.
Access to facilities like bathroom/shower would be a plus (and would be willing to pay an extra fee for this). If not, I would appreciate access to a spigot/garden hose and will bring my mini chemical toilet.

My Setup:
I have a few tents/options to choose from that might fit whatever the habitat.
Setup also depends on what the property provider allows.
I have a good amount of experience camping, and possess the proper gear to easily deal with weather and changes in temperature.
Aside from the gear itself, I won't be storing anything of much value.

About Me:
27 years old. Experienced camper, love camping. *I want to camp, not rent a room in a box.*
Attempting to get my affairs in order so that I can leave for a certificate program in Wilmington.
I currently live in Cary and work somewhat sporadic hours. I'm very interested to see how I feel after a month of sleeping again without recycled air and other household irritants. Straight forward, courteous, and friendly. Previously an avid van-dweller.
Note: Decision to tent is premeditated and deliberate lifestyle choice, not due to lack of housing.
Currently paying regular rental prices. I valued tenting on the property lower than local housing costs because it's a tent.

You:
This would be ideal for someone who gets it and wouldn't mind some extra $s towards their own rent and utilities without taking on an extra housemate.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions or have a space that you feel would be a good fit.
*Please include an approximate location for me to look up. If not an address, nearby cross-streets or a popular landmark will do.

Thank you for reading.

Disclaimers:
Nothing in this ad was meant to be sexual.
Motivations are none other than what was directly stated.
