I am a 26 year old male and I am currently looking to rent a room beginning January 1, 2010. I am enrolled in school full time with an anticipated graduation date of May 2010. I also work full time in Durham, so I have a very busy schedule. I would like to find a room with its own private bathroom and is all inclusive (rent & utilities included). I am a chill laid back person who occassionally enjoys having a friend or two over to chill on the weekends. I would like to find a place that is 420 friendly. I am not a heavy 420 partaker, however on the wknds I do enjoy "baking". If you feel that you may be able to accomodate my requests, I would like to hear from you.
