Looking for a room mate for a 1800 square foot 3 bedroom townhome fully furnished...meaning you don't need to bring anything, you'll have a queen bed and furniture if necessary. $500 a month includes everything from cable to internet to rent....everything flat rate. You HAVE to be a clean person and know how to pay your bills before they're due and have references...this will be a job interview haha...not really but I will be interrogating the sh*t out of you. Me...I'm a 27 year old UPS worker with an architectural degree and I have a small dog that is 5 and never gets in the way...or sheds.
