Looking for a female to take over my lease until July 2010. All utilities included, fully furnished, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Kitchen, dining area, living room, washer & dryer, and balcony all shared with 3 great girls! They are very laid back and easy to get along with. There is a large pool, basketball and volleyball court in the complex, along with a gym and game room. If you're a student, there is a free shuttle to and from NCSU. You'd be about 5 minutes from campus!
