I have a full size motor home that my husband & I am looking to rent on a temporary basis on our property to help someone get back on their feet, or local college student needing a little bit cheaper rent. Will probably be for 6 months, but may consider longer term with the right person. It has a queen size bedroom, small sink and bathroom, with shower. Has a kitchen with fridge, stove, convection microwave and dual sink. Has dinette table that turns into small sleep area, and a couch that is a fold out bed. Has a TV, but no cable service to it. Easy to hook up a DVD player to watch movies. Rent includes all utilities. Have running water, heat, a/c, electric. Approx. 45 min to Chapel Hill, 1 hr. to Raleigh, about 1 hr. to Greensboro.
