Campus Crossing Apartments in Raleigh. Close to NCSU, Meredith, Wake Tech, Peace, etc. $540 includes all utilities. Will share apartment with a male tenant.
Will pay month of January rent for you once approved by Campus Crossing and existing tenant. Non smoker student. Remaining lease runs January to July 2010.
Will take over the lease until then.
