I will be studying abroad in the Spring and am subletting my room in a 3 bedroom townhouse from January 2010 - July 2010. I live with two female UNC juniors. We're right off of North Columbia St., so the house is a 3-5 minute walk to downtown Chapel Hill (Q'Doba/Spanky's area) and a 10-15 minute walk to the Pit.
Rent is $375/mo + utilities, which is a great deal for such a great location! Utilities are usually around $70/mo. The landlord is laid-back and my roommates and neighbors are awesome. The house features:
