The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and a spacious kitchen and living room downstairs. There is central air conditioning and heating, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The apartments are very well located, walking distance to restaurants and a little convenience store. There is also a very nice trail to walk, run, bike, etc, that leads to a park and to University Mall.
The apartments are very close to the university. It is about a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute bus ride to campus. It is about a 10 minute bus ride to UNC hospitals. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartments, and another bus stop a 5 minute walk away that is on the NU, T, G, and NS bus routes.
Rent is 780 total (390 per person) and it includes wireless internet and cable. Water and Electricity bills are separate.
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in mid/late December or January, through August. This person should be considerate, responsible, and friendly. My roommate is from Spain and did her graduate work at UNC, and is now teaching Spanish here. She is very easy going and social, and likes to go out at night with friends. We keep the apartment pretty quiet, and the common areas very clean and tidy.
