Studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. Hardwood floors in main living area, linoleum in kitchen and bathroom. Very low electric/water bills. Walking distance from East Campus, Broad St Cafe, The Green Room, and Ninth St.
Applicants must be approved by Apple Realty, apartment will be available December 1st. My lease ends June 30th 2010. Evenings/early morning are best for me if you would like to set up a time to come and see the apartment.
