Hopefully you need somewhere to live from January - May (preferably a student), because I need someone to live in my room. It would be one room in a 3 bedroom apartment - the other two rooms are being rented by guys. We all get along great, and share the common rooms (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) with no conflict. Weeknights, we try to keep it fairly quiet after 11pm or midnight and weekends we all kind of do whatever we want, as far as noise goes. We are super close to campus if that is what you need (just under a mile away) and their are 3 bus lines that run by on a regular basis. The room itself isn't furnished but the rest of the apt is - including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer, and dryer.
RENT....its actually only 328 a month per person and that includes water.
Electricity and gas heat(during winter months) tend to run around 20 or 30 dollars a person....obviously depending on usage.
