Hi I bought a condo and need to sublent my old place for the Spring of '10. Lease will expire in July. If you can fill a substantial part of the time from now until July let me know. It's off Laurel Hill Rd, very nice area, lots of trees, sunny, next to Outdoor Recreation Center. Utilities not included. You would move in with my old roommates, one in law school and one in med school(both male). Price is negotiable, need to get this place rented! It's a fun house, there's also a dog living there, but the only expectation is that you are nice to it. Perfect for grad student for the spring semester.
