Need a sub-leaser for spring semester starting January 2010. $485/month includes everything. I would be willing to pay up to 2 months of the rent if you don't plan on living here in the summer months and pay the $200 fee that would put the lease in your name instead of mine. You would be living in a clean, 4-bedroom apartment with 3 other roommates. Amenities for Campus Crossing include: parking spot, bus to campus, on site tanning, on site gym, and pool. Non-furnished so you would have to bring your furniture for the bedroom. Let me know if your interested!
