I'm leaving January 2nd to study abroad and need to find a sublease to take over the lease. The place is a very spacious two bedroom apartment in University Village, a great location for NC State students! We live approximately 7 minutes away from campus, 4 minutes away from Food Lion, and 9 minutes away from Cary. This is a great quiet and safe place to live, so your parents won't have to worry about you living off campus.
My roommate is very polite and clean, she is super easy to get along with and takes school seriously. The apartment is huge for just two people and has a large outdoor balcony. More on my room: its the largest of the two and has a huge walk-in closet. I have my own private bathroom and I forgot to mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Moving from on campus to off, is easy since the bed , dressers, desk and furniture are provided here. You can also paint the room as you like :)

p.s.- there are pictures showing my roommates room and her bathroom in case you wanted an idea of what it looks like. The pictures don't have depth, but these are very large rooms fyi..
