Hi, I'm looking to lease or sublease a townhouse in the area. I really like the space of a townhouse compared to an apartment. I work at Rex healthcare, I began in August and I've been commuting from Fayetteville and needless to say I can't take the commute anymore. I'm single, no children or pets and I don't smoke. This would be my first time renting on my own. My pay is once monthly at a salaried 4200. I can afford rent up to 1200 but I can't afford a high deposit as I would be buying furniture. Please let me know if you have anything available and are willing to work with me on a deposit. I would like to lease for at least a year, possibly longer.
