I am looking for a responsible female to sublet one room in a four bedroom unit. I renewed my lease early at a discounted rate of $450/month. The current rate is $475/month, so you'd save $300 over the year!
The bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. Also, the bedroom is partially furnished with a large desk with drawers and a double platform bed frame with underneath drawers. You are a free to paint the walls, as long as they get painted back and the end of the lease.
The town-home itself comes with all of your major appliances (Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Oven/Stove). Also, there is an entertainment center on the second floor and a large patio outside. Parking is excellent- there are plenty of spots for the owners and designated visitor parking areas.
The sublet will be for one year (although I may allow 9 month leases) at $450/month. Also, a $100 administrative fee for a background check and credit check is required. Move-in is August 18th, 2008.
What's included in your rent? Well, everything: High-Speed Internet, Cable in both bedroom and common areas, Phone, and Utilities (water and electricity)! Your parking pass is included in the rent, as well as the amenities of the complex, which you are free to use as much as you want: a pool, fitness room, tanning beds, big screen TV, computer lab and study room! Finally, with gas prices the way they are, you can save lots of money by riding the shuttle bus to NC State's campus, which is free!
This is a great apartment complex, located near only a few minutes from NC State's Campus, Downtown Raleigh, and Crossroads in Cary. They have on-site management and maintenance. They are very friendly and quick to respond to any problems.
