My boyfriend and I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt in Durham, next to Southpoint mall, and right down the road from Duke and NC State. A student has been renting out our second room for the past 3 months, but has now moved to his own place in Delaware. We are looking for someone who needs a place to crash for the week to help us supplement the money we were expecting from our previous roommate this week. The room is very clean, and has it's own attached bathroom. If you're looking for a place to stay that's cheaper than a hotel while you search for something else, feel free to reply. We're not ready for another long term roommate, so this is 100% temporary.
