Looking for a femal to sublease my apartment in a 2bed/ 2bath apartment for the year (until July 31, 2009). The rent is $490 which includes ALL utilitites, the apartment comes fully furnished except for your own bed, but you get your own washer and dryer along with many other pieces of furniture in the common areas. Your room has its own private bath and HUGE walk in closet! Also, you get a nightstand, dresser, and desk. This apartment is at Village Green Apartments (vgapartments.com). I am looking to move out by this weekend, so you can move as ASAP.
In order to sublease:
First, you do have to fill out an application and once you are approved (doesn't take too long) then we both go in together so I can give you my keys and permit. Also, the application fee is $35.
Secondly, you will have to pay a $200 nonrefundable sublease fee (I forget the exact term) but basically this is because I will lose my $200 security deposit but at the end of next year you will get that $200 back if you move out.
