This is for one bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. I am engaged now so I need someone to take over the lease which begins in August 2008.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The apartment building and everything in it is COMPLETELY NEW (it is brand new construction). All the bedrooms in this apartment are leased to girls, but I don't know who they are yet because the place is new.
The apartmeent complex offers a Free shuttle to NCSU (save gas!).
It is a one year lease.
