This two bedroom floor plan features nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, a private patio/balcony, black on black appliance package in the gourmet kitchen, large bedrooms, Roman style garden tubs, faux-granite counter tops, wrap around bar, two-toned walls and a huge walk-in closet (they're not kidding about the closet).
As for a roomie, I'm trying to find someone who would be a good fit for my other roommates. Someone who is quiet, a non smoker indoors, drama free and responsible would be best suited. The other roommates are NCSU seniors, responsible and studious college students. Females only, at least 20 years old preferred as well. Prefer a student if possible, though young working professionals certainly welcome and you must be able to pay for the apartment obviously with proof of job/etc. Friendly people only please as well! Apartment is dog friendly as of now, but the dogs are sweet and sociable.
RDU and I-40/440 access are very close and the area is quite convenient almost to anywhere in Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs or Wake Forest for a slightly longer commute.
I will pay any transfer fees for you and application fees for the apartment, so that's one step you won't have to take if you were to move into an empty apartment! Those fees add up really quick to over $200 dollars so you won't have that burden on you. Prefer someone who can come look, apply and sign a lease with quick turnaround :) I'm going by a 'first to sign a lease, first to get the apartment' policy. My roommate is very polite and clean, she is super easy to get along with and takes school seriously. The apartment is huge for just two people and has a large outdoor balcony. More on my room: its the largest of the two and has a huge walk-in closet. I have my own private bathroom and I forgot to mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Moving from on campus to off, is easy since the bed , dressers, desk and furniture are provided here. You can also paint the room as you like :)
