NIH is enrolling families in which an adult or child has one of the following: Rheumatoid Arthritis/Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis or Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Systemic Sclerosis or Myositis within 4 years of diagnosis. The study consists of a blood draw, urine collection and completing surveys. Participants must have a sibling of the same gender within 4 years of age without these diseases from the same parents.
