Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Agent for a full-time, remote position. As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Selling life insurance products
• Assessing client needs
• Researching available policies to recommend to clients
• Presenting insurance solutions to clients
• Guiding clients through the application process
You will also be expected to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the insurance market to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage (preferred but not required)
• Interest in Finance and a thorough understanding of insurance products
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Licensure to sell insurance, or willingness to obtain appropriate state licensing (resources available)
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
You will be supported during your first two months as a new insurance agent if you have an entrepreneurial attitude and are motivated to get your license and support clients.
