WAC Stella Smart remote-controlled ceiling fans removed from townhouse purchased for rental. Fans had been installed before unit put on market. We installed switch-controlled ceiling fans to avoid possible remote control problems in renting (loss, service, abuse).
Both have 6 speeds, including "Breeze Mode" for summer. One fits flush with ceiling, other has 24" down rod. Both have lights (on/off and bright/dim), fans (on/off), speed (up/down).
Price is $60 each or $100 for both.
