New (2025) Trane air handler and coil, plus heat strips (8kw?) included. Installed as new residential construction equipment and used only a few times.
Then, outside heat pump unit got stolen, unable to find brand new 410-a replacement, so an even newer refrigerant system was installed and this air handler was just taken out.
