This item was new in the box, but it did sit for about a year. My renters used it for four months. I’m selling this as NOT WORKING but it actually just doesn’t drain properly. My renters would use it to wash and then put it on an extra rinse and drain cycle. But it does not seem to empty completely in the bottom which keeps tripping a sensor to get it to drain. So randomly it was just making draining sounds even if it’s powered off.
A repair person came out but the cost to fix it was going to be in the ballpark of $600 and we ended up getting a new one.
This would most likely be best used for parts or if someone knows more about these machines who might could fix it.
Please bring help and a vehicle to move this, I will not be able to assist you. It is in my utility room, so there are no steps to navigate.
