1995 Sea doo XP jet ski. No title. No trailer. No it does not run. Was partially taken apart when I bought it. Previous owner was replacing motor mounts, and other things. Not sure what else the previous owner was trying to fix. Engine is NOT locked up, and is NOT water logged. Waverunner would be good to fix up, or use for parts.
