Your Responsibilities

We are looking for Branch Manager with strong people skills. New Branch Manager can earn a competitive salary while using your leadership skills to drive operational and sales growth.
•Recruit, hire, train and direct the activities of the branch sales staff, service departments and administrative employees.
•Execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly branch goals, provide customized action plans to motivate sales staff, and hold effective coaching sessions weekly.
•Achieve, control, and monitor the progress of the branch by meeting monthly sales and customer retention goals.
•Devise creative solutions to improve sales within branch territory.
•No less than 60% of working hours will be spent providing in-the-field leadership by riding with sales staff to personally inspect jobs, assess progress, ensure compliance, increase management-level presence with customers, and provide additional support to employees.
•Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences.
•Monitor and control expenses including the P&L.

Our Minimum Requirements
•High School Diploma
•3-5 years of management experience and/or sales experience
•Excellent communication skill
•Valid unrestricted state driver license
•Strong analytical/problem solving skills
•Relative service industry experience preferred
